Don't be put off by the other reviews
I was nervous about buying due to some reviews being bad but I didn't want to spend alot. I haven't used all the attachments yet but what I have used is perfectly good for what I need. I ve used it on tile grout and has removed alot of grease especially around the cooker. The hand held option of using is great! The steam produced is very good and it is easy to fill with water. I found the lead to be a good length. Very happy with my purchase and look forward to trying it on other things.

I bought this about a week ago for my floors but It’s disappointing for the floors but it’s good for the hand held bit for cleaning and steaming doors window sills cleaning vertical blinds ect.

Do not recommend
I do not know how this product is getting 5 stars. Not my first steam mop so I have some knowledge and experience. I DEFINITELY REGRET buying this steam mop. The floor pad constantly comes loose while you’re cleaning, so you’re forever stopping to reattach it and tighten the string—completely defeats the purpose of having a “quick and easy” cleaner. It’s frustrating and makes the whole job take twice as long. The handheld unit is even worse: it’s bulky, awkward, and when filled with water it becomes heavy and difficult to manage. There’s no proper handle, so it feels clumsy and uncomfortable to use. I bought this thinking it would be a simple, affordable option to help my parents with cleaning, but they can’t use it at all. After trying it myself, I can see why—I hate it too. Cheap products really do mean you pay twice in the end. I would have returned it if I could. Definitely do not recommend.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Tower 16-in-1 Steam Mop: ''The appliance in question does not get hot, there may be a very small amount of residual heat from the motor however this would not be classed as hot.''

Tower 16-in-1 Steam Mop 135/8469 Due to this item being a steam mop which uses steam there is minimal dampness afterwards which does soon dry as long as you follow the manufacturers instructions.
