We asked the supplier for you.
They say "The Fly-Go fan stops flies from landing in the area the fan is switched on. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this will stop mosquitoes from landing, this is because they are much smaller and agile than flies.
The fan itself will work abroad, please ensure you bring the correct plug adaptor if using it in mains plug socket."

I can advise the following on the Zero In Fly Go USB Rechargeable Fan Repeller:
While the frequency response of the fan will be inaudible by humans, dogs and cats have a higher frequency range, so they will be able to hear it, however as it's safe to use in the same location as such pets you are not harming them.
