Robot lawnmower
Impressed so far. Not too bad to set up. Was worried about that part but didn't need to be. Watched couple of you tube clips and knew what was the way.

How do you even work the thing??
I can’t for the life of me work the thing… I’ve set it up twice now. Watch videos online and it still doesn’t work. I need to get rid of the thing, it’s just making me angry. So expensive.

It took a while to sink the cable.
I bought this last month and was sceptical, but after a couple of false starts due to cable issues where the mower cut the cable as it wasn't laid deep enough, I'm pretty impressed. Laying the cable is a real pain, so my advice is to purchase a roll of string and an edging tool. Peg out the line of the cable, then use the Edging Tool to create a straight line cut in the lawn along the string. Then, push the cable down as deep as possible into the crack created by the edging tool. Taking these steps has worked well without any further problems. The secret is in the PREPARATION.

It’s better than I thought..!
Been working well for a couple of weeks - lawn looks good.. Set up a little tricky - app pretty good - programming easy.

Surprisingly good mower
Bought 6 weeks ago. Installed and working within a few hours and it works superbly well and is is very reliable. It comes out when programmed to do so and returns after it’s “shift” is over and cuts the grass really well. At a guess I would say the mower cuts every blade of grass every 2 to 3 days so the lawn now looking quite healthy.

A while to set up but easy from then on!
I had to wait for the ground to be wet to bury the boundary line cable, but east to do once I had. I fitted an external socket from the house too so bear in mind you will need one for it to charge outside and possibly the additional accessory of the house. Very good once started and a breeze through the app. It may struggle on a bumpy lawn. Remember to pick up your dogs business too before it’s scheduled!

Wonderful addition to the family
We invested in this mower, and it has saved us hours of work and the garden lawn now looks immaculate all week long. Wish we'd bought it years ago.

Amazing little guy
Great product once set up. I have a horrible tendency of waking up on a sunny morning thinking bbq and deciding not because of the effort of getting the garden sorted, not anymore. This is perfect keeps the grass at the exact set hight, and my grass is in the best condition it’s ever been. It’s a little fiddly to get everything set up but once you have then you really don’t need to think about it again. 100% would recommend as long as you have the patience for set up

Smart, easy and efficient
I love this robot lawnmower as I suffer with chronic pain in my pelvis and back and mowing a lawn is tricky. I must admit I was a little intimidated that it would be difficult and confusing to set up and use however it couldn't have been any easier! The lawnmower is controlled via an app and the instructions and manual are clear and easy to follow with plenty of pictures which I loved! I don't have a perfectly level garden but that didn't stop the grass from getting cut which was a relief. You do have to set a barrier with the pegs and wire provided so the robot knows where to go and what areas to avoid. I love the fact that it is not loud and that I can wash it down with a hose so it always looks super smart in my garden. I do highly recommend this robot lawnmower as it has made my life so much easier and my garden always looks neat and tidy.

Amazing little robot!
Amazing little gem! Bought this as I’m disabled and have a garden on an incline. Absolutely amazed by it! So easy to use! Easy instructions and boy does it do a fantastic job! It’s easily cuts the lawn, goes over bumps, works on my incline and cuts the grass so well. An amazing purchase for anyone who struggles with cutting their lawn with a manual mower.

Hello DMc,
The supplier has advised the following for the Flymo EasiLife GO 250 16cm Cordless Robotic Lawnmower:
"On our EasiLife GO models you can only connect with your mower via Bluetooth, this allows you to amend schedules and adjust cutting areas. If you have set up a schedule with your robotic lawnmower it will still mow the lawn, even if you are on holiday. You just would not be able to adjust the schedule manually."
Thank you for using Q&A.

Hi goocat,
The Flymo EasiLife GO 250 16cm Cordless Robotic Lawnmower does not collect the grass cuttings, it mulches the grass clippings into fine pieces and leaves them on the lawn as a natural fertilizer.
Thank you for using Q&A
Hi Shiverme

Hi Tg,
Thanks for your question for the Flymo EasiLife GO 250 Cordless Robotic Lawnmower - 20W.
Both the EasiLife and the EasiLife GO have a lot of similar features. The key difference comes with the interface to use the mower. The EasiLife GO has a simplified interface and is fully controlled via the EasiLife App, while the the original EasiLife model can be used with the app, but also has a fully configurable LCD display & keypad.
Thanks for using Q&A,

All sheds need to be placed and secured on a base; this can be concrete, patio slabs or wood. Putting your shed directly on the ground wouldn't be safe and would decrease the lifespan of your shed.
