Was looking for a narrow tea towel & small towel rail for the kitchen that was narrow & sturdier enough and would behind the door and cupboards and not be too much of an eyesore. This is perfect & blends in with kitchen Overall aesthetically pleasing.

The product was missing the two support rails tried to get replacement sent out and was told I couldn’t do online and had to go into store. Over Xmas limited opening hours, so still not sorted. Was really stiff to put together not as sturdy as I hoped.

Very good product
Excellent towel rail, better than it looks. It is sturdy when assembled and works without the need forv the support strap. The screw head covers are unnecessary as they would prevent tightening in the future if the screws ever work loose. The suggested position of the self adhesive foot pads. I made sure that they were not positioned to cover the screw heads.. This item should last well.

Pretty flimsy
Struggled to find an equivalent product elsewhere so went with this. It’s pretty cheap and flimsy. Be very careful not to over tighten as the wood will easily split. Suitable for very occasional use but every day use would, I expect, see it rapidly come apart. On balance not worth the money, but as I said at the beginning, I couldn’t find any similar alternatives for a simple free standing towel rail.

The Habitat 3 Tier Bamboo Towel Rail - White may fall over if the wall straps are not used. It also depends on the balance and weight distribution of towels hung on the rail.
