Not strong enough for endo, but still worth it...
I have suspected endermotritis and I bought this during a particularly excruciating flare up. While it wasn't strong enough to mask that pain, I do think if you suffer from ordinary period cramps, this could offer relief. It's pretty affordable, so it's at least worth a shot. I love how discrete it is, no one knows you're wearing it. The charge lasts AGES, I wore it for hours over several weeks and I haven't needed to charge it yet. You can choose the intensity, and the warmth is optional. You can wear it on your lower back too, which I found helped with the back aches my periods bring. Glad I bought it, it's absolutely worth giving a chance.

Great for back pain.
Have been using this for back pain and it’s helped. The draw back is its programs don’t last long and obviously battery life is limited before it needs recharging. Not sure why it’s only marketed as a woman’s health product it’s so much more.

Beurer Relax TENS EM50 EXCELLENT PAIN RELIEF
The Beurer TENS Menstrual relax EM50 is brilliant. I bought it because I am suffering from chronic adhesion pain. The heat pad and electrical nerve stimulation bring relief from intense pain (which is very similar to menstrual pain). It is comfortable to wear and can be worn discreetly. The intensity is easy to adjust to suit personal preference. The TENS EM50 has succeeded my expectations.

I bought this several month ago for my fiancée. It is definitely a game changer. Where she was constantly carrying a hot water bottle, she now simply brings this with her where she goes. The Menstrual Relax is a self-adhesive TENS device with a heat function to provide pain relief for menstrual discomfort and pain caused by endometriosis.
You would therefore need to discuss using this with your GP or midwife.

The supplier has advised the following for the Beurer TENS Menstrual Relax EM50:
“ The Menstrual Relax has an automatic switch-off function. After 20 minutes of use, it automatically switches itself off.
You will need to wait at least 30 minutes between applications. We would recommend removing the device from the skin between treatments / cycles to allow the skin to breathe and to not cause sweat spots from the heating element.
We would always advise to adhere to the user instructions, and it is advised that if the heat function feels too hot, stop treatment immediately. ”
