Great product for the money
Had since November. I have had a few different ones, one being £200. Sent that back straight away. None of the seem to do a really smooth finish The Rx7 is worth every penny and has two speeds and a trimmer and charges quick. Quite happy with it.

I like it but I don't understand the safety lock & it doesn't always come on after been cleaned with water, a bit fiddly but cuts the hair nice, no burn marks. Maybe it's me & I'm doing something wrong.

Remington xr7 head shaver
Brought 3 days ago looks good & fills good but only used about 2 mins & stopped working because of the safety system kicked in if too much pressure or hair too long. So you have to plug back in & charge for 30 seconds to reset it. Then tried with no hair & still done it if its meant to do the whole head in two minutes but if you have to reset it every two minutes the shave going to take 15 minutes not good

Gutted I didnt buy it sooner
I've always been sceptical about these types of shavers but having seen the good reviews of this particular shaver I decided to roll the dice and give it a go. I'm genuinely annoyed I didnt get it sooner. Its easy to use, it gives a nice close cut, there are no more hair clippings falling everywhere and it is so much quicker than what I was doing before. Highly recommend this product

Yes, but you will need to get your chest and back hair short, to about 2mm, with clippers first and clean the shaver out regulary or it will clog up. Hope this helps
I am not sure I haven't tried but I would recommend not to it is only good for stubble hair long hair would get tangled and pull out feeling discomfort

Argos actually sell the replacement head, Ive just been looking at them for my rx5, then came across the 1 for this and only came here to read how it compares to the rx5

The supplier has advised the following for the Remington RX7 Ultimate Head Shaver XR1600:
The blades/head of the shaver are "guaranteed for a period of 6 months as they are considered a consumable part". The life of the blades will heavily depend on the frequency of usage and the manitanance. They advise to follow the maintenance instructions from the user manual to get the longest life.

It mostly collects within the shaver to be emptied later. Not 100 per cent but 99 per cent easily. Emptying is simplistic.
