Fantastic product once you get the hang of it

Overall I’m really impressed with the Ninja Creami. It comes with pretty much everything you need to get started, although I’ve already ended up ordering a few extra tubs because I can see we’ll use it a lot. The build quality feels exactly what you’d expect from Ninja — solid and well made. It’s definitely taken a bit of trial and error to get the hang of it, and our first few attempts weren’t great, but we’ve started making some really good ones now and I’m sure that’ll improve as we get more used to it. The recipe book is useful, although I’ve mainly been trying to make healthier alternatives which I think is partly why some early attempts didn’t turn out quite right. Overall I’d definitely recommend it — just expect a bit of experimenting at the start.

It's a gimmick, & takes up valuable counter space

I got caught up in the social media hype for this product, but was swayed from purchase by the price. Then I received it as a gift (from a family member). Then discovered the prep work which goes into making the ice cream or sorbet. The only recipe I was impressed with was the pineapple sorbet, which amazingly did taste like a decadent pineapple ice cream (it's just a can of pineapple & the juice, frozen and churned). The unfrozen strawberry ice cream mix is tasty enough to eat on it's own, but once frozen and churned it leaves a nasty greasy film on the roof of your mouth. Turning to the equipment itself, in the time I've had the machine I've admittedly used it less than I ever imagined because of the faff of preparing the mixture and freezing it in advance. After the first couple of times of using it, I found that the ice cream pot is getting stuck to the churning blade. I'm therefore not sure about the longevity of the unit itself.

My Best Kitchen Purchase Ever!

I bought the Ninja Creami because my daughter kept asking me for it. To be honest, I wasn’t very convinced at first. I kept wondering, “How good can homemade ice cream really be?” But my daughter was so persistent that I finally gave in and bought it for her. When she made the first batch of ice cream, I thought I was going to lose my mind—it was that good! Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever tasted ice cream this delicious. It tasted just like something from a real ice cream shop. The ice cream is absolutely amazing, and the possibilities are endless. You can create any flavor you like, add sauces, creams, chocolate, fruit, cookies, and all kinds of mix-ins. Every day we come up with new combinations and love experimenting with different flavors. The machine is also very easy to use. I’m genuinely shocked that it can make ice cream this good at home. We’ve been making ice cream almost every day, and we still haven’t gotten tired of it. As someone who loves trying new kitchen gadgets, I can honestly say that this is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. In fact, it’s my number one favorite kitchen appliance. I also absolutely love the color we chose. It’s bright, cheerful, and gives off such a lovely summer vibe. It brings warmth, sunshine, and a happy atmosphere to our kitchen. I highly recommend the Ninja Creami to anyone who loves ice cream. It’s an incredible machine and worth every penny!

It’s so easy to use, sturdy and is a big hit with my teenagers! The family and I are looking forward to using it more regularly in the summer months. So far we have loved the different smoothies and ice creams. (My favourite is the sorbet!)

10/10 Kitchen Gadget

I’ve been genuinely impressed with the Ninja Creami. As someone who enjoys ice cream but wouldn’t usually go out of their way to have it, this has been a real game changer in our home. We’re big on “clean” desserts—nothing loaded with unnecessary E numbers or stabilisers that make you wonder if the product will outlast you! So being able to create delicious ice creams with just 4–5 simple ingredients feels pretty amazing. One of the best parts is how much it’s expanded our creativity. We’ve already experimented with loads of different flavours, and there are still so many more we’re excited to try. This isn’t just another kitchen fad—it’s a genuinely useful appliance that’s earned its place and will be used regularly in our routine.
