Only been using the fitbit a few weeks. Mainly bought it to monitor my sleep, which it's great for. Particularly like the food section, we're you can scan bar codes to monitor calories and nutrition. Great for calory counting. Very comfortable to wear. So far the charge has lasted around a week. Wish I had got one years ago.

Hi there, Sharon. The Inspire 3 should work perfectly fine. If you need to change which wrist your device is on you can do so — here’s how:
1. Tap the Today tab and tap Devices.
2. Tap your device image.
3. Tap Watch Preferences > Wrist Preference > Dominant or Non-Dominant.

The Fitbit Inspire 3 does not have a clip specifically designed for the Fitbit Inspire 2. While the Inspire 3 comes with a clip that can be used to attach the tracker to clothing, it is not compatible with the Inspire 2's clip. Therefore, if you have the Inspire 2, you will need to use the clip that came with the Inspire 3 for attaching it to clothing.
