Faulty on delivery.
First twice used timer stuck at one minute and would not switch off. Third and fourth time the timer stuck at ten minutes and would not switch off. Hoover engineer thought may be the circuit board. Returned and another delivered.

Yes. To interrupt the drying cycle, press the START/PAUSE button and then open the door.
After checking or removing your laundry, close the door and press START/PAUSE again to resume the programme.
The Rapid 30’ / 45’ / 59’ Quick Cycles are designed for fast drying, allowing you to choose a programme duration of 30, 45, or 59 minutes depending on how quickly you need your items dried.

Its on the bottom and is really inconvenient as you need to kneel down and scrape your knuckles on the floor to pull it out
