The Sony SASW3 is a wireless compact subwoofer designed to work alongside Sony's HT-A9, HT-A7000, HT-A5000 and HT-A3000 soundbars, adding serious low-end punch to whatever you're watching or listening to. With 200W of power driving a 160mm driver and passive radiator, this subwoofer brings depth and impact to action films, live music, and everything in between, and it connects wirelessly to compatible Sony home theatre systems in seconds without trailing cables across your living room floor.

Sounds fantastic
I bought Sony subwoofer, last month, gave me so much trouble trying to download, went to Argos purchase the same sa sw3 had the same problem, I discovered after awhile there must be something am doing wrong, what customer service tells you and you tube still did not work, for the subwoofer to download you have to literally stand over the sony soundbar to download the application. Once downloaded, the sound is awesome, worth the investment, will be purchasing the rear speakers to compliment my full setup

I bought this subwoofer nearly a month ago and I am very pleased with it the fist thing my wife did was to watch the Titanic film again it sounded great with the Sony sound bar. Hoping to get rear speakers at some point

Supurb alongside the Sony Quad system.
Excellent kit, all the bass you should need for watching movies, I use mine with the Sony quad system and at times I have the sub on a minus because there is so much bass, recommended.

Purchased to help sound from Sony hta3000 didn’t make much difference to the tv sound. Sounds tinny, tried various sound setting via Sony help desk.

Great addition to the HT-A3000 soundbar.
Great addition to the HT-A3000 soundbar to add better bass to an already good sound produced by the sound bar and TV. Extremely easy to set up as it automatically added itself to the soundbar via WiFi, I just ensured the soundbar was switched on when powering on the Subwoofer for the first.
