Finished in gloss green ceramic with folding bamboo side tables and thick walls that provide exceptional thermal mass, the Searsmith stabilises internal cooking temperatures against fluctuating outside conditions whilst burning 50-75% less charcoal compared to traditional BBQs. The fibre gasket seal works with the ceramic construction to minimise heat loss for extreme efficiency, whilst the assisted lifting system ensures smoother opening and closing.

The dual top & bottom airflow system and built-in thermometer give you steady and accurate temperature control. Once you set your vents, the temperature locks in like an oven, giving you worry-free stability so you can enjoy time with guests.
