I bought this item on line for.my daughters birthday present When I went to collect it from our local sainsbury, it was all tangled up ,so I had to return it.What a great disappointment 😒

Just okay.
I understand that the photos of this product are zoomed in to make it look better, but the emerald is tiny and the chain necklace itself looks very cheap and thin. They also advertise this in a box, but when I collected my product, it’s was tangled up in a small druggy bag with no box. Why not sell it in the box it’s advertised in?
