The supplier has advised the following for the Forma Geo Wool Flatweave Rug - 170x240cm - Multi:
The back of the rug is 100% cotton. However beneath this, it has a latex backing. So the front is 100% wool. In the middle is then this latexed backing, and at the back is 100% cotton fabric.

Thanks for your query about the Geometric Wool Rug - Multi - 120x170cm.
This is a pretty standard rug with a non-slip backing. It could be placed on another carpet if you so wished to. Also, the thing to consider with this is that the rug is thickish and there will be a lip between it and the level of the room's carpet. You could potentially have difficulty in moving the chair onto or across it, especially if you're in the chair while you're trying to so do. Also, you could, over time, cause the edges to curl up which would risk catching the chair when you moved it around.
It has a soft pile too, that could risk the wheels sinking in, especially over time but it's not fluffy. We'd need to know the type, size, and number of castors on the chair to be able to be more precise though.

“ The construction, material and colour for both the sizes are same. Both sizes have Pile which is 100 % Wool and Backing 100% cotton. So overall the material composition for both the sizes is 80% Wool and 20% Cotton. ”

The 2 rugs are very similar and match pattern wise however the smaller rug is a slightly darker colour.
