I had never bought anything from Argos before, but I’ve heard the name many times. Recently my old phone stopped working and I couldn’t afford the newest model, so I planned to buy a second-hand phone. I wasn’t very happy about that because second-hand phones aren’t always reliable. When I checked Argos, I was surprised to see a brand new iPhone 13 for such a good price. It was actually cheaper than some second-hand phones I was looking at! Even though the colour I wanted was out of stock, I still felt it was a great deal. The collection process was super quick and easy. The staff member who served me was very helpful—she just scanned my QR code and handed me the phone straight away. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase. Definitely 10/10!
