Poor pouring
Would not recommend. Pouring lip is not good and water comes out as a stream rather than a pour. Difficult to pour into a water bottle. Have tried putting filter in different positions and it does not help.

Lovely looking but not fit for purpose
Lovely looking kettle, quick boil, lights up nicely and quiet. However I had to return as damaged. After a weeks use I lightly tapped the lip of the jug on the kitchen tap and it shattered. It's a shame but I won't be getting another.

I have hard water. I wipe out the kettle frequently. Once a week, or when the limescale does not wipe off any more, I use lemon juice to descale. Fill kettle up to where limescale ends, add 12 shakes of lemon juice and swish around, leave to soak for a few hours, then boil and leave to cool. Wipe out and rinse well with cold water.
