I brought this ring whilst on offer as my birthstone is Ruby. I was so happy when I collected it, it's even better in real life than in the photos, the diamonds have great sparkle and the Ruby is a lovely colour.

Not as expected - disappointed.
Only reason not returned was I had shown it to my wife. The stone is small and the gold band is hollowed out. No way worth the £250 paid. Then to add insult to injury they reduced the price by £50 the following week. Will not purchase from them again. NOT recommended.

The hallmark should be found from the ring but may not on the band. The created ruby have the same chemical properties of a real Ruby. If you have any issues please return the item to store for assistance.

"This is a created ruby so the colour will always be a true red.
Coloured gemstones like this are not weighed as each stone will be different due to the difference in cutting methods.
Created Rubies like this are sold by mm size.
In this case a 7mm x 5mm oval."
