Good product, short operational life. .
I bought this three years ago. We have really enjoyed using it, and it is great that it does so much in one unit - slow cook, pressure cook, steam meals and air fry. However, like many of the other low scoring reviews, I also have a fault less than three years in - the fan isn't working which impacts all of the air fry / steam air fry modes. It is also very difficult to close the lid properly and sliding across to the pressure cook option is very difficult which has made us worry about whether it is still safe to use as a pressure cooker. Last, it is very difficult to clean the cooker properly (especially the lid). After a couple of years of regular use ours has got quite dirty and there is no guidance on how to properly clean the lid - I assume they want you to do 'little and often' to avoid it building up which would probably mean cleaning the unit after almost every use, but even then, there are unreachable areas of the lid where grease would build up. Overall, it is great, but it won't last longer than 3 years.

Don’t buy it!
strongly advise against purchasing this product. Once the warranty expires, it is likely to fail, and Ninja accepts no responsibility beyond offering a 35% discount on a replacement. My unit developed an E8 error in under three years, and the company was unable—and unwilling—to direct me to a single repair facility. I have been a loyal customer with numerous Ninja products over the years, but this experience has been deeply disappointing. As a result, I will no longer be purchasing from the brand.

Do not buy. Very unsafe
UNSAFE DEVICE. ALMOST BURN MY HOUS DOWN. 4 machines in 2 years. All of them broken in few weeks. This is dengerouse thing to use. When fan will stop the coils is still working and melting down all plastic and later whole device start burning.

Fingers crossed but so far so good
Good initial experience with multi cooker delivering what it promised. Fingers crossed that it keeps working as a lack of resilience after a couple of years remains my biggest concern with Ninja products. Hoping this multi cooker proves those fears wrong

Great unit, love it, but poor quality lid cabling
Love it! It's been fantastic! Honestly our favorite unit in the kitchen, use it for whatever we can. BUT, and yes its a big but. 2-3 years on, and its being plagued by Probe Error and E8 errors, and eventually completely stopped working. Searching online suggest its to do with the cables breaking in the hinge due to opening and closing the lid each time. Contacted ninja however, and even though it was out of warranty at this point, they agreed to replace it. I think its probably due to the huge number of people having this problem. But you know, good on you ninja for honouring this. My big question (and everyone please see what Ninja's reply to this is in the comments (fingers crossed)) is, has the issue been fixed, as nobody at ninja has so far confirmed it has been fixed. So I'm wondering if this unit will break again. See all the other reviews, and make up your own mind on if you are willing to risk it, as others have had it replaced and break again. It's not put us off fully, and we might buy another in the future as they are so good. But only if they actually fix these issues and learn from them. It's an expensive bit of kit and would like it to last more like 7-10 years. Please ninja, confirm that this issue is fixed. Cables snapping in hinged lids is hardly an uncommon issue and im sure many solutions exist to this problem, so lets fix it. Please confirm its an issue thats been fixed Ninja!

Ninja like iphones
Like any reviews below, unfortunately this is such a fantastic product but it literally lasts maximum 2-3 years before you get a new one. Is it worth the purchase? Depends on your needs and wether you can afford it. It's very unsustainable. I think it's a deliberate choice from Ninja so that we upgrade or buy new ones just like iPhones.

Don’t waste your money
Great product while it lasted ( just outside warranty ) . This model has a known manufacturing design issue , I expect a product of this cost to last longer than 2 years and I expect a company who cares about their consumer to be more receptive in resolving the issue .

Useless
Bought the 15 in 1 2!years ago yesterday. Enjoyed using it until recently when it has developed faults. During pressure cooking get the ‘no pressure’ message and no amount of trouble shooting fixes it. The slow cooker just does not get hot enough to cook even well diced veg. Really not happy.

Poor Quality
Less than 6 months in and the lid has all warped with the heat. Better to buy old design with 2 lids - they are bulletproof.

Every household needs one
I have had this for 2 weeks now. It is in use daily, often 2 or 3 times. This is an upgrade from my last Ninja Foodi, loving it as much. So manyi different programmes to choose from. My oven and hob are no longer in use.

The OL750UK uses a nonstick ceramic-coated cooking pot and a nonstick ceramic-coated Cook and Crisp basket. The coating is PTFE free. It is not cast iron and not a solid ceramic vessel, and we do not offer a cast iron or uncoated ceramic pot for this model.

Hello MegC,
The supplier has advised the following for the Ninja Foodi MAX 15-in-1 SmartLid 7.5L Multi Cooker Air Fryer:
The proving temperature of this is 35 °C. You don’t directly add steam as such, you add 250ml of water to the pot. The item’s user manual will provide further details as the process may vary between different types of bread/loaves. There's no reference to use of any silicone liners though, it refers to baking parchment. On this basis, we'd have to advise against their use.
Thank you for using Q&A.
