Don’t waste your money
Great product while it lasted ( just outside warranty ) . This model has a known manufacturing design issue , I expect a product of this cost to last longer than 2 years and I expect a company who cares about their consumer to be more receptive in resolving the issue .

Useless
Bought the 15 in 1 2!years ago yesterday. Enjoyed using it until recently when it has developed faults. During pressure cooking get the ‘no pressure’ message and no amount of trouble shooting fixes it. The slow cooker just does not get hot enough to cook even well diced veg. Really not happy.

Poor Quality
Less than 6 months in and the lid has all warped with the heat. Better to buy old design with 2 lids - they are bulletproof.

Every household needs one
I have had this for 2 weeks now. It is in use daily, often 2 or 3 times. This is an upgrade from my last Ninja Foodi, loving it as much. So manyi different programmes to choose from. My oven and hob are no longer in use.

Great product, poor design, unreliable components
I’ve had two units. My first one died after just two years (close the lid). The pressure cooking feature was the main reason I chose Ninja, so I bought a second one. Less than a year in, while warming up my food, I noticed a burned plastic smell — only to discover fire coming out of the side of my foodi. My trust in this product is completely ruined. I would be far too paranoid to leave it unattended. Out of two units, I’ve had less than three years of use combined, and now I’m left with an unexpected fire hazard. Who knows what could have happened if I had left it cooking while I stepped away? I’ve managed to get a refund for my second one, but considering the short lifespan of them both and safety risk, I still feel like I got ripped off.

Brought as a gift but was USED
I purchased this item as a gift but unfortunately it was a used item! the foodi had visible signs of food stains but surprisingly the inserts were new.... The level of embarrassment was insane as I didn't check the item before gifting it. Manage to get refund with help of the manufacturer as the process of refund was extremely difficult.

Stopped working after a year.
At first I was really pleased with this product until after a year it stopped working. I did receive a replacement free of charge that I thought was brilliant until this stopped working too and of course my warranty ran out over a month ago. For a premium product I would expect to get at lest 5 years without a problem. Not worth the money!

NICE BUT NAUGHTY AT THE MOMENT
im giving this product 5* as I believe in it and Ive used it on all functions un-fortunately for me the fan has stopped working and there was a funny electrical smell this morning when i turned it on to do some slow cooking so my poor little engine that could has conked out on me. what a shame I absolutely loved and Ive even subscribed to a famous online you tuber who shows her doing recipes which have helped greatly fingers crossed I get my replacement soon.

What a load of whingers.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought my 15:1 4 years ago, excellent piece of kit. Issues, yes, but soon cured with a bit of TLC. The plug problem, use a bit of kitchen roll to clean the plug & socket. Build-up of fat in the head, just clean with normal kitchen cleaner and use kitchen roll and or a cloth. I assume the wingers, never clean their cookers, yuck.... When living on my own, never used a cooker, wonderful, piece of kit.

The OL750UK uses a nonstick ceramic-coated cooking pot and a nonstick ceramic-coated Cook and Crisp basket. The coating is PTFE free. It is not cast iron and not a solid ceramic vessel, and we do not offer a cast iron or uncoated ceramic pot for this model.

Hello MegC,
The supplier has advised the following for the Ninja Foodi MAX 15-in-1 SmartLid 7.5L Multi Cooker Air Fryer:
The proving temperature of this is 35 °C. You don’t directly add steam as such, you add 250ml of water to the pot. The item’s user manual will provide further details as the process may vary between different types of bread/loaves. There's no reference to use of any silicone liners though, it refers to baking parchment. On this basis, we'd have to advise against their use.
Thank you for using Q&A.
