Really disappointed
I am really disappointed with the juicer. I have used it twice and the fruit pulp is still with juice. It's more of wasting fruits while juicing. I hope that I can return the product because it is of no use. It's better to use a blender and seive out the fruit pulp than use the juicer. I am really disappointed and I can't recommend this product.

I bought this a month ago and have been happily using it. It is easy to use and clean it: it comes with a great brush. Everything except the food pusher and motor base are dishwasher safe. However, you should not use the sterilize cycle on a dishwasher to wash.

Yes, you can use carrots. The Nutribullet Juicer includes a sieve which will separate all pulp (seeds, skin, stalks etc) before the juice is ready to pour out.
