Bought this to replace old steamer, pleased with it. The detergent part is very handy and the cable is long enough. Do wish it came with a spare pad though. But other than that it’s a good buy.

Good piece of kit
Has been good so far with no issues apart from a couple of wee things. Would be nice if it came with more than one cloth head and I’ve found that that rubber stop doesn’t fit in its slot that well and falls out. Apart from that it’s been good.

Great steam cleaner
Absolutely love this - it’s light weight, easy to fill/use and makes floor cleaning easy work - having a new pup and more frequent cleaning required I can ensure the floors are hygienic without exposing him to harsh chemicals and with minimal fuss - to have the option of detergent is fab idea which I only use that in toilet/bathroom areas - the spray from that is a fine mist to give an extra level of cleanliness but to be honest the steam alone does the trick!

I bought this a month ago after a couple of different vax steamers kept being unreliable/breaking. I regret buying this steamer, it’s just not good at steaming/cleaning g the floors, pad doesn’t get very wet or dirty so not sure it efficient. Would buy vax despite reliability issues.

“ We can confirm that the dampness of the carpet depends on how long you hold the cleaner over the carpet for. Generally speaking, carpets will be damp for approx. 30 minutes after use and therefore will not be instantly dry. ”
