Exerlent xercise bike
Bought this 3 weeks ago ive been doing 10 kilometres a day and I'm very impressed with the quality of this exercise bike

Great value for money
I am impressed with the build quality of this exercise bike, especially given the relatively low price. I have deducted one star for the Console interface which seems a bit clunky. My 4 for ease of setup is subject to the advice below. A point to note for constructors regarding step 2: Make sure you are prepared for step F before following steps A -> E. The Bowden cable needs to be drawn out and pulled up through the Front Post up to the rectangular slot. I used a piece of string to help with this. It's also worth having a practice run at connecting the cable to the Tension Knob so that you know what you are aiming for, as it's quite fiddly and hard to see what you are doing once everything is assembled.

Great once built
Great beginners bike, very difficult to build, make sure you dont let the wires drop out and feed through the tension wire otherwise you will have to take it apart again! Took me 3 attempts as instructions are very poor! The console is okay but only usable thing is the timer and pulse. The distance and calories are pointless as dont account for tension on the wheel. It says ive burnt less calories when I increase the tension!

Hello There.
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Pro Fitness EB1000 Exercise Bike.
Yes there are various resistance levels on the bike
Please note the below though as cycling and running are 2 different types of activity.
Running is a high-impact, full-body, high-calorie-burning activity that strengthens bones, while cycling is a low-impact, lower-body focused exercise easier on joints. Running burns more calories per minute, but cycling allows for longer, higher-speed, and more sustained training sessions, making it ideal for cardiovascular endurance with fewer injuries.
Thank you for using Q & A.
Hello Eric,
Pro Fitness EB1000 Exercise Bike:
This is the recovery function which will test your fitness recovery. To do this, hold the hand pulse sensors for one minute after which a fitness value will be displayed; F1.0 is excellent fitness and F6.0 is very poor fitness.
