The supplier has advised the following for the The Original Sea Monkeys Ocean Zoo:

Please double check that you followed the directions: Added packet 1 Water Purifier to 300ml - 355ml of room temperature bottled, distilled, spring or tap water and stirred thoroughly; Waited a minimum of 24 hours before adding packet 2 Instant Life Sea-Monkey® eggs and stirred thoroughly.

Don’t see anything? Don’t give up! All Sea-Monkey® eggs vary in shell thickness. Those with thinner shells begin hatching immediately and those with thicker shells take longer. This is nature’s way. Different types of water, different temperatures and different light sources will also affect the hatching rate.

Distilled water is recommended, but if not available , tap or spring water may be used. You add a sachet of Water Purifier to it, then leave if 24 hours, before adding the sea monkeys.

Distilled water is best. I used bottled water, it’s recommended to use fresh water. I would avoid tap water because of the fluoride and other minerals.

Yes they can, we have had ours now for about 18 months now, they continual produce babies.

I can confirm when collecting from store, you can ask the store to view which they have in stock, you will then be able to choose which item you want. If ordering for home delivery this would be selected at random.
