Good item but not for long haired dogs
Item works well but sadly the rollers at the bottom are not great if you have a long haired dog as the fur just wraps around them. Have had to cut the fur away many times already…

It will do the job but not well a thought through
If you can get it to run it does a fair job of cleaning . Very fiddly switching device , the reserve water tank has to filled upside down and now the brush cover keeps coming off which stops the machine dead. I feel not enough research and development went into producing this . I'll use this one until I throw it out of the window because the silly brush cover keeps coming off.They need to improve the switching, increase the size of the reserve cleaning fluid tank, make the tank easier to clean and fill , do away with the manual and make things more ovious (in large size writing) on the machine itself . Redesign entirely the brush cover

We bought this for our son who has just hired a cleaner as he works 6 days a week. We also bought the same model for my elderly Dad (97) for his cleaner as well. We are already fans of Shark vacuums, so easy to use and light compared to the other brands. Both cleaners were delighted!

The Shark Classic Lift‑Away does not feature Edge‑to‑Edge or DuoClean technology. It is equipped with a standard motorised floor nozzle designed to effectively clean both carpets and hard floors. Edge‑to‑Edge cleaning capabilities are typically found on newer Shark models, such as those in the Anti Hair Wrap or DuoClean ranges.
This model does not have anti-hair wrap capabilities.
The brushroll of this vacuum cannot be completely stopped. By using the hard-floor setting, you can reduce its speed to help prevent damage to delicate carpet fibers or similar materials. We recommend testing the vacuum on an isolated patch before using it on such areas.
This hoover is designed to be used on both normal carpets as well as carpeted stairs.
This vacuum can be used on a wool carpet. For a wool carpet, we recommend using the hard-floor setting because it stops the brush from rotating, thus preventing potential damage to the carpet.
This vacuum runs on 750W.

The Shark NV602UKT have a little compartment attached on the motor base where you can store the crevice tool, and the pet brush can be stored in a place that is at your ease, like a cabinet.

Refit both filters. Place the felt filter in first, then the foam filter on top, wash with cold water only, let them air dry for at least 24 hours, and never run the vacuum without both in place.
The NV602UKT is a bagless upright vacuum using a 1.1 L dust cup for debris collection.
