I bought this 2 months ago - it does exactly what I required it to, making easy work of cleaning upstairs windows without the need for a ladder.

Twice the amount of headaches
I bought this product twice and for the same reasons I had to return it. I was hoping that with the second purchase the issues wouldn't occur, but unfortunately it proved to be as poor as the first one. The problems with this item is that after extending it to its maximum length, it's difficult to contract it back to the shorter size. The pole gets stuck and you end up considering how the item will be stored or transported. The material is not ideal to allow for the telescopic action of the pole - its bad design. If you don't require the maximum height of the item then you may be ok with it (for that reason I gave 2 stars), but if you do, I'd advise it's not worth the headache. If you wish to give the product a try, I suggest you opt for delivery instead of click and collect. Because if you need to return it for a refund - a courier can collect it, rather than you transporting the product in its maximum length back to the store.

I bought this to remove the condensation from windows I can't reach...it certainly serves that purpose really well. Not used for cleaning yet, but it's a handy gadget.

You could potentially use for light to moderate cleaning (e.g: removing dust, cobwebs, or light dirt) However, the set is primarily designed for windows, so it may not be as effective for tougher outdoor grime or textured surfaces.
You might need a stronger cleaning solution or a stiffer brush attachment (not included) for more stubborn dirt.

The supplier has advised the following on the Home Window Cleaning Set:
“ The pole can be extended to 3.2m. ”
This would also depend on the angle as well as a more extreme angle for the top of the roof might require you to rise you height to be able to reach it.
