Disappointed
Bought around 3 weeks ago and disappointed. The Ideapad has completely frozen once and although I set it up, I had to go through the set up process again a few weeks later. I dont understand why this happened. I am waiting to see if there are any more 'glitches' and if so, I will be returning it.

We just need a machine that will take MS Office and one we can do home banking and search internet. This lovely compact laptop does all and more. Large clear screen and easy to use.
