About this product
Ideal for home with multiple cats - choose which cats can go outside and keep out unwanted intruders. Connect ready - add the Hub (719/4593) to use the Sure Petcare app to set a curfew mode (lock/unlock time), receive notifications when your pet enters or leaves, lock/unlock the door at any time and monitor changes in behaviour over time. Please note the physical size of the door is H21cm x W21cm x D11cm. You will need a hole that is H17.2cm x W16.6cm.

Had to purchase a second one in 4 months 😔
If you’d have asked me 5 months ago this would have been 5 stars, but after having to purchase a second one in as little as 5 months, for the price I’m not as happy now. The cat flap and concept itself is great, and I love knowing I know if my cats are in or out and how long they’ve been out for. But my cats are petrified of next doors cat who comes round 3 or 4 times a day and resorts to them being inside when he’s around, but one night I had him in the house (only assuming he tail gated one of my cats before it had the chance to lock up) then 2 months in the grey tab the keeps it locked kept sticking so it didn’t lock properly and finally at month 5 the magnet at the bottom had dropped off from next doors cat battling against the flap to try and get in multiple times. In panic mode, I purchased the cat flap on its own which was another £140 (as I already had the hub) and when contacting the manufacturer about the problems I’ve had they just kept sending me new parts for it which screams this has happened to people before. If this one goes wrong again I won’t be buying a new one, I’ll find another manufacturer which is a bit more helpful.

It stopped a local Tom cat waltzing in.
I had one of these previously but when the batteries run low I didn't bother replacing them fior two years until a strange cat started entering through it. The batteries had leaked and destroyed the battery compartment so replaced it with a new one. Definitely recommend to anyone with unwanted visitors.

This is a really clever cat flap, we have two indoor cats and one outdoor one, it come with an app so you know exactly what is going on. Well worth the money

Tech for pet lovers
A great piece of kit for anyone that wants to know what their pet is up to when you're not around. Easy to install - please note you may need an additional connector if using on glass. Also easy to set up with the hub that tells you when your furry friends have entered and left the building. Good design, batteries are easy to get too. No problems, so far...

We bought a second SureFlap to connect to the system we already had in place. It makes it very easy to keep track of your animals and can be used with or without the hub. Only down side is, we are unable to differentiate between the two cat flaps as to which one the animals enter and leave through but that isn’t argos’ fault!! :)
