About this product
Get in shape and build strength with this set of 1kg neoprene dumbells. Great for beginners and pros alike, they help with a range of movement and exercises for your arms, shoulders and legs. The ergonomic handle gives you a snug grip. Now, get those reps in. Pick up where you left off. The anti-roll design keeps the dumbbell in place when between sets. Small and effective
I have been using these for the last couple of weeks. Originally, I thought they would be too light, but this was not the case. I am glad I did not purchase the next weight up. They are easy to hold, and there is a good grip. I can feel the difference in my arms. Very good value.

These are made from neoprene, which is not inherently odourless. The smell is a result of the manufacturing process and is known to fade over time, although it may not disappear completely.

It is not designed for pool use. We also suggest using the dumbbells gently. Don’t drop them from high up.

I think these are a good light weight for a child. I bought them for my daughter when she was about 7. They are a starter weight. Very light for adults.

They would be ideal for a 70year old. Easy to hold and not to heavy. I'm 60 and they are great for me, as I have bad shoulders and I need to exercise every day..
I would say yes. They are a nice weight for light training and would be suitable for rehabilitation work too.
