Surprisingly excellent customer service
Good piece of a furniture, easy to assemble. Unfortunately in our pack we had two piecies with factory defects. After a quick chat over the phone with customer service replacements was sent within two days. Brilliant service.

Bad quality with missing parts
Bad quality and was missing two parts so two weeks later we still haven’t received the parts and it’s just standing there half made. I’m so disappointed in the quality and service. At one point Habitat was a mark of quality and it’s become a shell of what it was.

The supplier has advised the following on the Jenson 2 Door 2 Drawer Wardrobe - Oak Effect:
“ The features of the wood grain will be repeated across the various panels of the wardrobe, so there should not be any real issue as regards the finish across both wardrobes.
When in situ, once the units are butted together the gap between the ends in minimal, about 4mm between the face of each end panel. This is because the top panel oversails the ends. ”

I have spoken to our supplier who have advised.
The drawer base is made from 3mm MDF & each drawer is supplied with strengthening wedges to give additional support.
