Hammock looks great and was easy to assemble

The supplier has advised the following for the Vivere Tropical Double Hammock with Wooden Stand:
We recommend furniture covers to protect your product. It should be kept under cover when not in use and the supplier recommends a cover of this size 290cm x 119cm x 104cm (LxWxH).
To clean this, wipe it with a damp, clean cloth. Do not use solvent based cleaners as they can bleach or damage the product. Never use a pressure hose or washer to clean the product. Never use scourers, abrasive or chemical cleaner.
To reduce fading and extend the life of the stand, the supplier advises that you should apply an exterior varnish that contains UV blockers once yearly. Avoid deck stains or penetrating finishes that do not offer enough outdoor sun protection. Also note that, like any natural material, some flexing during use is normal.

The hole at the top of each side of the frame is where the hook is located to hold the hammock in place. There is no further adjustment that can be done.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: We do not have a height recommendation for the Double Cotton Hammock With Wooden Stand it is down to personal preference and how the customer lays in the hammock. For maximum comfort the correct way to lay in a hammock is on the diagonal, while some customers chose to lay horizontally which creates a cacooning affect and is uncomfortable for taller people.
