Not so great this time
Bought this wok, Cost £60 product was shown as having a glass lid, but on opening it did not have one, phoned Argos customer service, was given the run around, so kept the wox and decided to cut my losses, in this instance, you slipped up badly Argos,! I am so disappointed! But product part I did get is good!

Missing lid !!
Product arrived twice with no lid. Promoted with a lid but for some unknown reason was not available. A measly discount was offered to accept the wok. Very poor Service experienced from both Flint and Llandudno stores. Very disappointed.

Product info incorrect
I brought this thinking it would have a lid as per picture and product details. Once home opened box ..and no lid. Returned the item and was supported by a great staff member and we placed a further order…this then arrived at Argos the next day…sadly no lid. Not sure if this a Ninja packaging issue or if Argos have uploaded the incorrect details?, but either way the product description needs updating.

This wok doesn’t come with a lid
The wok itself is good, unfortunately this product doesn’t come with a glass lid. Ninja has changed the product and all the retailers haven’t updated their descriptions yet. I called both Argos and Ninja and both were unhelpful - only offered a return instead of sending me a lid. Apparently Ninja doesn’t even produce the 28cm lid anymore.

Comes with a LID
Comes with Lid which sold it for me. I was looking at these for a while tracking it and when it came out as an offer it the lid for a reduced price I snapped it up. I use this almost daily and have no issues with food sticking to it. The lid is a bonus as use it the lid for my frying pans as well.

Wok pan with lid
I purchased pan with the lid.But i haven’t received the lid never only the pan.Pan itself is good one the reason i give 3star is for the lid which I paid and I have to wait who knows how long for the lid

I ordered 2 Ninja wok 28 cm with lid. Arrived fast but without lids. After 4 week im still waiting for the replacement lids:-)

But you wouldnt cook a pan fried steak in this it would be stir fry steak - or a si.ilar styled dish eg beef stroganoff.
Be ne gud for ya steak chips and peas unless ya name is Heston gordon or Nigella then with ya skill you can do anything

Thanks for your query about the Ninja Zerostick 28cm Non Stick Aluminium Wok - Grey.
This would depend. Woks aren't really designed for that kind of cooking normally as they're more for high heat, fast cooking, and favour the cooking of items in smaller chunks usually. It is technically possible to cook the steak in it, e.g. for longer and on a lower heat but we cannot guarantee what the result would be. You may need to have some oil or something like that in the wok with the steak, you'd need to consider whether you'd get the full heat right through the steak and how long this would take to full heat through, which could be an issue if you're doing it rare.
