Bought these a few weeks ago and I'm pretty happy with them. A noticeable upgrade from my old Galaxy buds+. Only issue is the fall out of my ears sometimes.

Good overall
They're quite good, could be a bit louder. Also on max volume (compared to one step below) the bass seems to tune out a bit. But overall a solid product. I think most importantly they're so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them, esp if I have one in only I can go for hours and completely forget.

Dissapointing ANC but good otherwise
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I guess I’ll start this review with what you get. In the box are the are the ear bud pros with 3 ear tips. The medium ear tips come fitted and the small and large can be found neatly tucked away in a sleeve in the box. On top of that you also get a warranty card (booklet x 2) and a Samsung quick start guide. Looks I feel will always be subjective but I personally think they look quite nice. I quite like the stem and prefer having stems to no stems as I just find ear buds with stems easier to take out. Now sound.. The sound from the bud pros is good, I’d go so far as to say very good. I used them to listen to a range of music old school rnb with deep bass, classical musical and almost everything in between but where I used them most was to listen to audio books on the tube. The sound was clear and pitch was perfect. However, this is where they let me down.. I found the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to be sub par. On a noisey London underground tube they just couldn’t cut it.. I paired the buds with a Galaxy Fold 7 so that I could make the most of the features, so I used the bud settings to check the seal in both ears and tried all 3 buds but found it did a poor job of cancelling out the whine and screech of the tube. It seemed ok for the background hum of the in-carriage noise, just ok, but when it came to actual noise of the outside carriage it was poor. So poor I wondered if it was working and checked multiple times to make sure I had it on and on full. Now to be fair my regular headphones are over ear and mor expensive so maybe not a fair comparison to these in ear buds so I compared them to another pair of in ear buds I have, cheaper and not as well known. They were some cheap ear buds I bought to take on holiday and use on the beach, as I wasn’t worried about losing them or breaking them etc.. I found even they dealt better with the underground noise than the Samsung’s which was surprising. Now if you are used to wearing earbuds you’ll know getting the right fit and good seal is crucial. I felt I did achieve that with the Samsungs and was still disappointed with the ANC. Regarding the other important factor, making and receiving calls they were fine. I could hear the person on the other end and they could hear me clearly. I never got asked once if I was using buds or where was I because they were cutting out or sounded robotic. That sound was great, on both ends. For me noise ANC is crucial so great at home not so much on the underground.

The Galaxy Buds4 Pro feel more like a companion
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro for a couple of weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The sound quality is excellent — rich, detailed, and well-balanced across all genres. The bass is deep without being overpowering, and the clarity in vocals and instruments is really impressive. What stands out the most are the new AI features. The Adaptive Audio is surprisingly effective, automatically adjusting the volume and noise cancellation based on your environment and what you’re doing - very useful when you are out and about busy with your day. The AI Voice Detect feature is also very useful — there were a few occasions where I felt this was nearly life saving... Moreover, they are well synchronised with your AI voice assistant There were a number of other Ai features which I believe will be very useful on a holiday... especially the interpreter mode. The noise cancellation is among the best I’ve experienced in true wireless earbuds. It blocks out low-frequency noise extremely well, and the transparency mode feels clear and natural. Comfort-wise, they sit securely in the ear and are surprisingly lightweight even during long listening sessions. Battery life has been solid, never felt the need to recharge it throughout my day. Overall, the Galaxy Buds4 Pro feel like a very mature and refined product. Samsung has clearly put a lot of thought into the listening experience and the intelligent features. Highly recommended if you’re looking for premium wireless earbuds with strong performance and smart AI capabilities.

Superb sound
My music choices range from "classical" (symphonies, concerts and the odd opera) to rock (Queen, Rolling Stones and similar) to folksy music and these provide wonderful listening to all genres. They replaced the Buds 3 pro which were excellent, but these have a slight edge making the music "tighter". Battery life is good so far (haven't used enough to give feedback on. Very comfortable in the ear. I'm using them with an S25 Ultra so they enhance the Samsung experience.

Fantastic Samsung Technology
After having apple air pod pro these take it to a new level, the amount of technology that is within the app is outstanding. A fantastic product, would definitely recommend. When listening to loud music as soon as someone speaks the music drops off without having to remove the bud!
