Good coffee for a good price
Instructions aren’t great, but after a bit of trial and error it manages to produce a decent cup of coffee. Steam wand is great, and once you’ve got the knack, makes a lovely frothy cappuccino. For a cheap coffee machine it does a great job.

Easy to use and great quality.
Great product. Simple to use and very easy to keep clean and tidy. Saving me a fortune instead of buying expensive coffee on my way to work. Couple of practice runs and trying different coffee types and you will find a cheaper and better way to enjoy coffee.

Great machine for the money
Been using this for 5 days now. It took a bit of getting used to( I didn't find the instruction manual particularly helpful). But after a bit of trial and error it's making great coffees - both expressos and cappuccinos. It's really quick and easy once you've got the hang of it as well

Good machine although the supplied filter made a bad cup Of coffee. Bought a delongi filter (for another machine) and it works great! Original filter made a coffee like a filter coffee machine

However, during warm‑up the machine typically makes only a low, brief operational noise that most customers do not find disruptive. When extracting coffee, you can expect a normal pump sound similar to other domestic espresso machines.

If you want a long coffee, make your esspresso then top up with hot water. Dont run extra water through your grinds as this will overwork the coffee and make it bitter
