About this product
Block out all light with this blackout roller blind that creates complete darkness whenever needed. The sleek black fabric stops light from lampposts, cars and early sun, so you can enjoy undisturbed lie-ins or naps without glare. It fits inside or outside your window recess, with the mechanism fitted to either side to suit your space. The blind includes fixtures, fittings, clear instructions, and a P clip to keep the chain secure and safe. You can trim it to size for a precise fit, making installation straightforward and flexible.
Please note To ensure child safety and meet health and safety requirements, always fit P clips or cleats when installing these blinds to keep cords and chains secure and out of reach. The fabric is tested to 2014 blind safety standards, so it meets all the latest requirements. It's made from durable fabric with a PVC bottom rail that keeps it weighted and smooth when raised or lowered. The chain mechanism operates easily, and any creases from packaging should drop out naturally after 48 hours. To keep it looking fresh, wipe clean when needed.

Size is important
The blind in it's self is very good but the size was not as specified. The specification clearly said 24 inches wide but the blind is in fact only 22.5 inches wide. I needed at least 23 inches so I have 1 inch of daylight leaking in from the side. Not a show stopper but a bit anoying.

Okay but ...
Okay, especially for the money - snd i luje the sage green colour. I was hoping to replace what looked like an identical blind bought a few years ago but it turned out the end-brackets and mounting had changed (and now seemed unnecessarily fiddly). So instead of simply swapping the old blind for the new, i had to replace the brackets, including drilling new holes (as even the hole spacing had changed (?).

The blind is listed as:
