Would recommend
Bought this a month ago and use 6 days a week, ideal for home gym as folds up and down really quick and folds as flat as an ironing board when not in use. Comfortable and stable even with heavy weight. Plenty of adjustments on the back of the bench aswell.

Dangerous
The back rest collapsed when I was on it doing weights. I fell back and hit my head on the floor and the weights fell and damaged my floor.

Cheap and does what it's supposed to
For the price this is a great and very functional weight lifting bench. Very light weight so can move around when doing certain exercises and movements, but this can easily be remedied by putting it against a wall. Quick and simple to put together. Would highly recommend to a beginner weightlifter or someone looking to get some basic resistance training in at home.
