My wonderful Ninja has let me down.
I was thrilled with the Ninja 3 in 1 Processor and have used it a lot. Easy to use and to clean. the instructions said even the containers and lids could go in the dishwasher. However, a couple of months after it passed its second anniversary in my house the lid of the large blender jug suddenly wouldn’t lock. I can use it if I hold the locking handle down which is what I have been doing whilst waiting to see a replacement lid be available. This evening, I wanted to use the processor bowl to make crumble topping and as I lifted it from the cupboard the base of the bowl which locks into the base fell apart. It is rusty and will not go back together. I see from the reviews that I am not the first to have this problem. Ironically, I have been carefully hand washing the bowl (and jug) since the jug handle failed just in case the dishwasher caused the problem. I am desperate to have a replacement but would like your assurance that this won’t happen again.

Broken after only a small amount of use
Only has this product for 18-months and really unimpressed. As you can see on the image, the plastic screw support lugs have snapped and the mechanism no longer works. We don’t use the part of the machine very often so very disappointed that this has happened after only a small amount of use!
