This bed is nice to look at and quite sturdy but very low to the floor. Check the sizes before you order. Would look better in a room with average hight ceilings but i have very high ceilings and it looks a little small.

The headboard is an essential part of the construction as both siderails are fixed to it, so it cannot be used without it.

There are 12 bolts that would need to be removed to remove the headboard from the bed. Please see here https://argos.clickspares.co.uk/ProductPartsL... for the instruction manual that shows how this is done.
