Seems ok for what it is
It's difficult to say if this is good or not yet as it is the access key safe box for one of my holiday lets - so only gets used once a week! It does seem sturdy and was easy to set the combination and easy to secure to the wall

Disappointed
After purchasing a Masterlock key safe on a previous occasion we thought this ideal for my elderly mother to allow access for her carers. Unfortunately we have had endless calls to say that either they can't open the key safe or the can't close it. This has led to them having to wait for my mother to open the door and as a regular faller this isn't safe or the key has been left under a pot so the next carer can get into the house!!!! The black button that you press down is so stiff to open the box after you've aligned the numbers it is impossible to open the box. We will be returning this after we have installed a different key safe. Perhaps we have been unlucky and have been sold a faulty item. The hook inside to hang the keys is good and is the only positive comment that I can make.

EXCELLENT STRONG PRODUCT
Very well made, clear instructions, easy to fit (if you have an electric masonry drill for the deep rawlplug/screw holes!). The holder for a bunch of keys is flimsy but luckily was not needed. The button release is a little fiddly/hard when one has arthritis in your hands.

I bought the smaller [stabndard] safe earlier and it,s fine for the single key I leave there. However a bunch requires more room and so I have now purchased the large one. Works fine.

Just what was needed
Bought this about a month ago, was surprised at its size, bigger than expected which was a bonus. Easy to fix on wall, easy to set code and the hanging key hook inside is very useful. All in all very pleased with it.

Have the safe's serial number handy, plus proof that you're the safe's original owner. They can then try and provide a re-set code (where possible) or talk you through changing your access code.

No, I use many of these for my patients homes, none of these key safes are, screw attach only as to use adhesive pads would defeat the purpose of it being a safe, as then anyone can pull it off the wall, take it somewhere, break into it and retrieve the keys.
Depending what you use it for, such as key for garage, car, house etc would invalidate insurance policies as you are basically leaving the key for anyone to steal.
