Customers Say
Spacious, sturdy ironing board ideal for large items and shirts. Lightweight, easy to set up, with good padding. Some find the shape less suitable for small clothes and miss an iron rest.

Great for shirts and bedding, not for skirts
This ironing board is sleek, super light and easy to put up without horrid metal-on-metal groaning noises. The cotton cover is attractive, but the main difference with the Shirt Master is the wide proportions, eschewing a tapered end for a design more suitable for big framed clothes and duvets. There's no question it is a blessing for the ever-faffy sheet and duvet cover bind, and I found it very useful for my big 2XL shirts. However, my partner wears a lot of skirts and found the lack of taper made it harder to get the elastic around the end of the board. Similarly, for "small people" clothes you may find it tricky. That said, you can do all your ironing on this board reasonably well - it's better for some things than others, just like any other board. Maybe you need two different ironing boards? It really depends on the make up of your household. On the whole though, we really liked it.

My new ironing board!
I’ve been using the Addis Short Master ironing board for a little while now, and overall I’m really pleased with it. It’s a great option if you don’t have loads of space at home, as it’s quite compact and easy to store away. I can tuck it behind a door or in a cupboard without it getting in the way, which is a big plus. Despite being smaller than a full-sized board, it still feels sturdy when set up. The legs are stable and don’t wobble, which makes ironing a lot less frustrating. It’s also lightweight, so it’s easy to carry around and put up or down without any hassle. The ironing surface is a bit shorter, so for larger items like bedsheets it can take a little longer, but for everyday things like shirts, school uniforms, and smaller loads, it does the job perfectly well. The cover is decent quality too and provides a smooth surface for ironing

Saves time spent ironing
This Ironing board is a game changer especially if you iron a lot of shirts, trousers and bedding which I do. It takes a lot less time to iron, as you are not constantly doing small bits at a time. Its length and width means you can fit a whole shirt back on it. The height adjustment is easy to adjust and the board is sturdy, I think this is down to its more oblong style shape. The cover is nice and padded and has a drawstring fastening. It seems to fold down flatter than my old board did. I would definitely recommend.

Ironing board
A nice larger than standard ironing board, if I am honest I prefer a traditional shaped ironing board that also includes somewhere to put the iron, but the extra width is welcome for ironing shirts and larger items such as bedding and sheets.

Very handy and useful equipment
As a mum of children who both wear school shirts and a partners work shirts, 15 shirts a week needed to be ironed- this ironing board comes in handy. One of the features I liked was that both ends of the board are accessible and when ironing bed sheets, it makes it much easier and less time consuming due to the width too. Also the width of the board allows you to be able to access the whole back of front of a shirt in one go and only having to turn it once round the board, rather than several times and different angles. The colours of the board are pleasant and aesthetically pleasing. The padding of the board is good and it is easy to put up and down and store away flat.

Great ironing board
This board is such good quality. Really solid. I’m 5ft 10 and this board suits me really well because it goes high enough that I don’t hurt my back. It is heavy to move as it’s so solid but it will last for years. The board width is perfect for bedding or bigger items and the cover is thick and good quality

A great ironing board but takes some getting used
A great ironing board but takes some getting used to, I have had my previous ironing board for many years and the shape is different. This one takes some getting used to as the end is more square. However, once you are used to it the shape makes ironing shirts and jeans much easier. The squared off end makes the ironing board easier to get crisp lines. It is also light, but not fragile, so, a good construction.
