Firestick was not fit for purpose
This Firestick didn’t match what I was looking for because it can’t download some apps . I made a return request and to my surprise one of your store attendants refused to receive it because she said I opened the product . If I don’t test the product I bought how can I tell if it’s functional or not ?

Great connectivity on my old machine
Have had a fire stick before and got full connectivity quickly and easily. Works very well on an old small TV in my bedroom, which is useful having a in-built dvd player. Thanks to the fire stick I can carry on using it until it conks out.

I think this question was referring to the Downloader app which allows the installation of third party apps or side loading I think its called. This model doesnt list the Downloader app in the Amazon app store and doesnt allow the installation of third party apps. I believe the 4K Plus may allow this, but Im not sure
