Somewhat disappointing
I brought this for my 3yr old granddaughter. She absolutely loved it. Unfortunately the dummy was too big for its mouth. Returned to store for an exchange. Had exact same problem. So money refunded. As this it the 36cm doll I believe the dummy was for the larger doll. Contracted customer service at zapf, they were of little use. Really disappointed with this purchase.

I cannot believe that I bought Baby Born dolls 38 years ago for my daughters because they were the best then…..am still buying them this time for granddaughter! There are so many ‘personalised’ dolls available, just so many ‘babies’ to choose from but I still go back to Baby Born because they are really nice babies with excellent accessories as well. It’s a name I know and trust, with some other babies that one might order online you don’t know what you’re going to get until it arrives and you might be disappointed.
