As i reviewed very nice model.
All good will take a little time to understand the settings, As it did with windows 10, but will get there. This is a very nice laptop so pleased i purchased this model, nice wide screen etc.

I can advise that the Acer Aspire Lite 17.3in N150 4GB 128GB Laptop - Silver779H does indeed feature a webcam. This can be found in the centre of the bezel above the screen.

The Acer Aspire Lite 17.3in N150 4GB 128GB Laptop - Silver works well with with Google Chrome, but It runs Windows 11 in S Mode, which only allows apps from the Microsoft Store, Chrome is not available in the Microsoft Store, so you’ll need to switch out of S Mode to install it.
