Have you tired the below:
Connect your tablet to your computer using a USB cable. The driver should install automatically on the computer.
Swipe down from the top of the tablet screen to open the notification panel.
Tap on the "Charging this device via USB" notification or "Touch for more options".
Select "File transfer" (MTP) to transfer various files (documents, music, videos) or "Photo transfer" (PTP) specifically for images.
A file transfer window will open on your computer, allowing you to drag and drop files between the devices.
Once finished, safely eject the device from your computer's operating system before unplugging the cable.
