I recently bought this to prepare for my tests, shop online and watch things and I am really pleased with it. Great device for home and work has lots of storage and set up easy to use , you can pick from multiple displays for comfortablity sleep mode eye battery performance this little device is popular portable and for potability it's as like as an A5 sheet so can go into many different baggage purses the audio can drown out as hard of hearing.

Have you tired the below:
Connect your tablet to your computer using a USB cable. The driver should install automatically on the computer.
Swipe down from the top of the tablet screen to open the notification panel.
Tap on the "Charging this device via USB" notification or "Touch for more options".
Select "File transfer" (MTP) to transfer various files (documents, music, videos) or "Photo transfer" (PTP) specifically for images.
A file transfer window will open on your computer, allowing you to drag and drop files between the devices.
Once finished, safely eject the device from your computer's operating system before unplugging the cable.
