I can advise that you can use a PS4 DualShock 4 controller on a PlayStation 5 console (both Disc and Digital editions), but only for playing supported PS4 games. It will not work for native PS5 games, which require the DualSense controller.

To charge the Dualsense controller, you can use the included USB-C cable to connect it to your PS5 (while on or in Rest Mode) or any other USB power source, like a PC or wall adapter. Alternatively, you can purchase a separate charging station for it.

No actually its not only slimmer. Heres the differences-The Slim model comes with a 1TB SSD, offering more space than the originals 825GB, though both are expandable.Disk drive- The Slim features a detachable disc drive, allowing you to buy the Digital Edition and add the drive later.The Slim has faster USB-C port compared to the original version that has USB A.Both consoles have same CPU, GPU, RAM, 4K120fps capability, and loading times.
