I like the design and quality of these. I'd call them cups though as the name mug denotes to me something bigger. I'd say they are cups.

My purchase of Floral Set of 2 Tankard Mugs; Porcelain, light weight, handles very ergonomic & comfortable to hold, and wide base design is very stable & ideal for elderly. The stated 320ml capacity is ideal for my 'One-Cup' machine which dispenses 250ml of hot water.

Disappointed with Mugs, ordered x 2 mugs had to wait 2 days before I could collect from my local Argos on collection cashier noticed broken sound from box, opened and the handle on one mug broken off, then had to wait another 3 days to collect replacement, both mugs different sizes at the top not matching, quite small more like large cups does not hold a lot of tea/coffee, cannot stack for storage as wider at the bottom,purchased with 25% off would not be good buy if paying full price.
