Missing part and very creaky
There was a part missing from the boxes when it was delivered. After a couple of days it developed a really loud creak, despite no screws or bolts being loose. Returned for a refund.

Great storage!
We bought this a couple of weeks ago and we love it. There’s so much storage space underneath. We built in about 2.5 hours. It did squeak a tiny bit the first couple of nights but it’s settled now and there’s no more squeaking. Would recommend if you’re looking for an affordable storage bed :)

Looks and feels good. I had someone put it together for us, which took a couple of hours, but it seems sturdy and well-made, and it's comfortable with a decent mattress. Huge amount of storage space.

This bed is very poorly made and as a result squeeks every time you move in it. Not even that, but you can here the pistons move every time you jump in too. Do not purchase. I had a repair man come around and he said it was manufacturing fault and was made poorly. Got a full refund and I am now purchasing another.

Our supplier has advised that the total height from the floor to the top of the base, when open with no mattress, is 149cm.
This can reach higher depending on the depth of the mattress you use and also the overall height can be affected by the mattress weight.
