After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Vodafone TCL OneTouch 5041 (2025) Mobile Phone - Grey.
The £10 credit itself will not expire if there is no activity on the mobile number
If you are referring to the allowances the £10 credit will give, this of course is dependant on the usage but our PAYG1 package is designed to be capped at £2 per day.
A PAYG number will go inactive if there is no usage in 180 days. Once a number is inactive, it cannot be reconnected.

Carefully remove the back cover of the phone. Insert your SIM card(s) into the designated slot(s). Ensure the metal contacts face downwards. Then, insert the battery, aligning the contacts. Replace the back cover until it clicks securely.
