I’ve been using the Hisense 900W 4-in-1 Air Fryer Microwave for a while now and I’m genuinely impressed. The versatility is a big plus – microwave, grill, convection oven and air fryer all in one unit, which saves a lot of space in the kitchen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had the microwave for a few days but so far very impressed only negative is the display is not very easy to see on the black background I’ve taken the film cost off so it isn’t that might be my eyesight lol

Worth every penny
My most favourite purchase for our new kitchen. Does everything we need without needing all the extra appliances. Particularly love the air fry mode. This was worth every penny. Even come with everything you need. 100% recommend this product.

Not great
I have had lots of air fryers, I was probably one of the first to start using them. This is not an air fryer! Put simply it's not hot enough. I bought this thinking I could put my old air fryer away in a cupboard and have more countertop space, alas I will need to dig it out again because this is pretty feeble as an air fryer. It takes twice as long if not longer to cook in air fryer mode than a real one. It is also incredibly noisy as a microwave. Don't waste your money in the pursuit for extra space, this is not the answer.

Quite Poor Design - wouldn't recommend
I bought this since I liked the idea of combined microwave and air fryer. Unfortunately this is very poor design. Control panel is grey text on black background which is very difficult to read. Glass turntable plate is not flat so all of my ceramic bowls rattled when using the microwave. The microwave was very noisy. The right side panel vibrated a lot while using the microwave which made the noise louder. There was a lot of condensation inside after using. I returned the unit, which turned out to be very difficult, since it came direct from a supplier. I will only ever order items from Argos in the future that are available to collect in store (so they can be returned to store).

Works well. Quite compact. Main criticism is that the control panel is too dark to read and so actually need a torch to light up the screen to choose options and time etc.

Have you tried removing the protective film on the control panel?
Its not that obvious, but theres a protective film on the display as part of the packaging. Once you remove this the display becomes a lot more clearer.
