Not as good as expected
Efficient machine but disappointing features. Control panel does not light up, interior light very dim. Control panel difficult to read and easy to leave finger marks on it as well. Instruction booklet not comprehensive enough.

Microwave that does it all!
For the price, this microwave is great value for money. Well built and lots of functions. Only downside, the buttons could do with being illuminated or have brighter writing on them as they can be hard to see in dim light.

Need the instructions
Nice looking appliance a little more complicated than I’m used to but getting there slowly. The basic functions are easy enough but for the air fryer section I need to use instruction book. But it is an excellent appliance, looking forward to when it’s committed to memory

Great microwave with excellent additional features
I’m really impressed with the this appliance. It looks super smart and stylish in my kitchen and was incredibly easy to set up and use. The controls are simple and the instructions were clear and straightforward — I was cooking within minutes. The air fryer function is excellent and has actually performed better than my previous standalone air fryer. Food comes out evenly cooked, crispy and delicious every time. I’ve used it for chips, chicken and even reheating leftovers — all with great results. I also love that this one appliance replaces several others, saving space while still giving me lots of cooking options. Everything feels solid and well made, and the combination of microwave, grill and air fryer makes it really versatile for everyday use. Overall, this is a brilliant all-in-one appliance — modern design, easy to use and delivers fantastic results. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality microwave with extra features that work really well.

Purchased this item arrived on time no issues, Went away on holiday and got back and unpacked product Found no instructions inside on how to use ? Had to look up on internet, then found that a magnetron cover was missing internally , now waiting for replacement with no delivery date as yet

Illuminated control panel would have been nice
Once we have got to grips with this microwave we'll probably be delighted. But the control panel has no backlight so it is difficult to see the settings without your face inches away. It looks very sleek. Also, the instructions are very complicated, and we really didn't have to be warned not to dry our slippers in it!!

Very disappointed that there are no decent instructions for using the grill/air fryer facilities. It means it is just a very expensive microwave!!!
