Very disappointed
Recently bought this but find it really hard to read the control panel and the covering over the start button has split and I have hardly used it. Very disappointed and have arranged to return it.

programme panel unreadable
I bought this 3 weeks ago and the programme panel is none existent too dark to see so have to HG AVE a torch on hand which then isn't great.Dont know how some one can make an appliance like that it's a fire hazard if you can't see the panel.

Will never trust a multi function appliance again!
Microwave function is decent but I've tried using the other functions twice now and haven't been impressed at all. I tried baking a pizza which was nicely cooked on top but raw underneath, and oven chips which took 40 mins only for half of them to still come out soggy and undercooked. I spent more buying this over a normal microwave to save space on multiple appliances in a small kitchen, but am having to buy a separate air fryer now anyway. Wish I could return this but I can't because it's not faulty, just bad.

‘Invisible’ control panel
Whilst happy with the functions of this combination microwave, it is NOT recommendable to those with poor/limited sight. Even in decent lighting, distinguishing the various touchpads is difficult. Also the lighting inside is very dim and it is difficult to view items cooking if lighting in the room is bright. The mistake is mine in not carefully reading the reviews prior to purchase as others have already flagged these difficulties. Consider carefully before purchasing.

Works well, a little more than I have paid for a microwave in the past. I have used the air fryer and microwave but not the grill yet.

Have you tried removing the protective film on the control panel?
Its not that obvious, but theres a protective film on the display as part of the packaging. Once you remove this the display becomes a lot more clearer.
