The Kryptonite Keeper Bike Lock offers reliable protection for commutes and everyday parking. Its hardened steel shackle resists cutting attempts, whilst the included cable extends your security to front wheels and accessories. Regular use gives you the reassurance to park in busier areas without constant worry.
It features a 12mm hardened steel shackle with a double deadbolt design resisting twisting and leverage attempts. The anti-rotation mechanism stops attackers from turning the shackle during tampering. The four-foot flex cable loops through wheel spokes and around seats or bags for added versatility. A click-style transport bracket mounts to your frame for easier carrying between stops. Two keys are provided, with one spare to keep separate. It holds a Sold Secure Silver rating, indicating tested resistance to common attacks. The lock weighs 1.41kg and measures 20.3cm high for compact storage.

The supplier has advised the following for the Kryptonite Keeper Bike Lock with Flex Cable - 1.2m:
WD40 shouldn’t be used to ease the lock, as it will remove lubricant.
Kryptonite locks are made to a high standard, so they have smoother locking mechanisms, so it should not be hard to turn the key.

This Kryptonite Keeper Bike Lock with Flex Cable is 1.2 metres long. When the bike is folded yes it would otherwise, you would need to measure wheel distances on your bike.

They say "This lock has a sold secure rating of silver so offers a good level of protection against theft. We cant comment on specific tools."

Good Bolt croppers will get through the cable yes but the D lock would take something more heavy duty like an angle grinder to cut open. Just got to remember no lock is thief proof but the more locks you have the longer it takes them which means the longer they are visible to being caught in the act. I have this lock and another type, plus an alarm to deter them away yo another bike.

Yes the lock come with 2 keys so you a spare, they are specially numbered so you can register them online and if you where ever unlucky enough to lose both you can get them replaced
