Misleading product description
The product description says this comes fully assembled. That is a lie, it requires assembling. I was going to buy another bench at a cheaper price, but decided against it as that needed assembling while this one claimed to be fully assembled. Had I known it was a lie, I could have saved myself some money. Looking at the Q&A for the product it seems people chad the same problem four years ago, so I don’t want to be fobbed off with further lies saying it was printed in error or a mistake.

The greenhurst garden bench is one of the best I have ever seen, strong, neat and very nice to look at, the only drawback to the bench is the back rest, which would be nice if it supported your lower back.

Sand the surface lightly to create a better bond for the new paint.
Select an outdoor paint suitable for metal surfaces. Look for one that provides good coverage and durability.
Make sure the paint is compatible with the existing powder-coated finish.

It is absolutely home assembly. We have received the item completely flat-packed. Neither this, nor the dimensions, add up. This would have influenced my decision to buy this item had I known. It is very expensive for something like this only to need to be home assembled!
